Discussing Ep. 8.3 - With JeM starting off at second place behind Franella, I'm hoping they can keep the momentum going. But with Beveron and CoBren on their tails, it's going to be tough!
Memorize four different orders and deliver them to these locations? That's a lot of pedaling if you get it wrong and have to go back! At least there are two people pedaling on those bikes and not just one.
And I like it when we see the camera crew. Kudos to them for doing a great job filming!

You did it wrong, Franella! You did it wrong! Ya see....JeM did it right! Even Beveron did it right. They offered help with no HINT of expecting that Express Pass as a reward. Now, CoBren aren't dumb! They know that others will help them in order to curry favour with them for an EP. But there are ways to do it that don't come off as manipulative and selfish. And the way YOU did it was NOT the way!
CoBren: "It would come back around, though, if you help us."
Franella: "You are a persuasive guy...I like it!"
What?!? Stick to your convictions, CoBren! They held the map hostage. THEY HELD THE MAP HOSTAGE!!! You better not give Franella an EP over JeM! JeM helped you out of the goodness of their hearts....and for an EP but that is beside the point!

Oh, forget that! I'd rather assemble a bicycle than listen to a fishing story and then try and put the flies in order based on that story!
I'm hoping Jesse's experience with fly-fishing will help them in this challenge. Because if it doesn't, they will lose their lead and fall WAAAAAAAAAY behind if they have to go and do the bike challenge instead.
The fact that there are people watching as you do the challenge makes it even more nerve wracking. At this point, I'd have preferred the fly-fishing challenge.
It kills me how everyone on this show has apparently assembled a bicycle at some point in their lives.

Except Power Couple...apparently. Which is actually refreshing, to be honest.
But yeah....if you can't even pump a tire up, how the hell are you going to assemble a whole bike?

I hate to admit it, but she's not wrong. They've finished top 3 since the start so...yeah...they are a threat. But JeM ain't no slouches either!
"We took beginner salsa dance for a six week duration...twice!"
Well, if ever there was a motivation for me to nail down my salsa lessons at this moment in time, it's to at least beat Power Couple in that category!
Good on both CeTy and Cali....given their performances as of late, it's nice that neither of them are stuck at the bottom on this round.
No! No....don't tell me that D&D lose this to Power Couple because D&D got lost!

At the end of the day though, they should be proud. They ran a good race and it's the bike thing that slowed them down. Either way, they're out!
Overall, this was a good episode. A lot of intrigue, especially with CoBren, Beveron, JeM and Franella. They're the main players at this point.
And looking at the preview for next week's episode....
Jully and Kathy are back?
What?!?
A second chance?
Interesting! We'll see if they make good use of it as one of the challenges is in JeM's hometown, so they have home court advantage!
